Skye and the Small Isles Whale & Dolphin Cruise

Every one of Scotland’s beautiful islands have their own magnificent ecology and history; to visit just one would be a treat. But on our Skye and the Small Isles Cruise, you’ll visit (and step on!) five: The famous Isle of Skye plus Rum, Canna, Eigg and Muck collectively known as the Small Isles. The waters around them are also home to whales, dolphins, porpoise and basking sharks.

Going ashore on the Small Isles, which are located in the Inner Hebrides, you’ll experience the uniqueness of each one. Whether it’s the rocky terrain of Rum — the largest of the Small Isles — or Canna’s thriving bird colonies, which homes 20,000 breeding seabirds.

Go ashore at the stunning Small Isles.

This cruise is a wildlife delight: when journeying between the isles, our experienced guides will be on the lookout for familiar coastal species for you, such as dolphins, otters, porpoise, seals, sea eagles and whales.

So take a breather, relax, and leave it to us to provide you with an unforgettable holiday on and around Scotland’s lesser-seen islands. All you need to do is arrive at our departing point, the idyllic village of Mallaig. And that's never been easier...

A statue commemorating the Highlanders who fought in the 1745 Jacobite Rising, as it was here the Prince himself called on the clan chiefs to muster men for the mighty cause. Just a stone's throw from the Glenfinnan Viaduct, the very train line Harry Potter boarded every 1st September for another tumultuous year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
